About
Sumit Panjwani, our founder and lead facilitator, brings over 25 years of professional,
international experience in a diverse range of frontline, management and operational roles in government, private and community organisations. He incorporates his rich life and work experiences with a blend of long-term practices of mindfulness and meditation combined with knowledge of positive psychology and wellbeing practices.
As a compassionate and inclusive facilitator with highly developed skills and training, he uses simple, experiential format, real life scenarios and examples to promote a unique, creative learning experience and engagement.
